Much of this work has centred on providing solid engineering support and service to the private and public sectors, while maintaining a constant vision of sensible environmental stewardship, fostered through innovation and technical foresight. WESA presently has a staff of 55 environmental scientists, auditors, environmental engineers, waste water control and treatment specialists, and support staff. WESA has provided ISO14001/EMS guidance and services to private and government organisations including Dana Corporation, Nortel Networks, Ports Canada, McLaren Industries, and Canadian Bank Note Company Limited.

WESA has worked with various Federal Government organisations including NCC, DFO, PWGSC, DND, Environmental Canada, NRCan (CANMET), INAC, Ports Canada, and Defence Construction Canada. Past projects have included Health & Safety and training, EMS Implementation and Maintenance, Development of Standard Operating Procedures, Designated Substance Surveys and Remediation, Environmental Compliance Audits, and Phased Environmental Site Assessments.
