Review well and surface files to locate the information necessary for completion of the Phase I Assessments required under Alberta Environment Information Letter D& R /IL/01-1.
Document the relationships between the landowners, the operator, its predecessor’s and contractors.
Conduct Pre-Drilling or Pre-Reclamation Site Assessments.
Provide the co-ordination and supervision of contractors during the site construction or reclamation process.
Obtain rental reductions or releases for site improvements, access road use and fences.
Conduct a Detailed Assessment and complete a reclamation certificate application
Attend inquiries with the landowner and the Conservation Reclamation Inspector (CRI).
Provide you with accurate and current reporting on the status of each location.

Attend Conduct soil mapping, ground water investigation, drainage feasibility evaluations and irrigation capability evaluations.
LIABILITY ASSESSMENTS
Increased regulation and extended liability for environmental contamination may require a liability assessment for well and property transactions.
We can provide a detailed report that covers all reclamation, liability and Corporate Compliance issues with an estimate of liability amounts. This report can then be used, as required, to modify the final transaction price.
SUSPENSION REQUIREMENTS FOR INACTIVE WELLS
As Per EUB Interim Directive 90-4, surface compliance for suspended wells includes: Determine status of surface casing vent flow
Check wellhead operating integrity
Fence wellhead as required
Paint as required
Install well identification signs
Remove vegetation as required
Chain and lock wellhead
Prepare reports and photographs
