Ink Cartridge Recycling

I am currently seeking a solution to a growing problem - what to do with spent inkjet ink cartridges. I would like to find somebody who can use the cartridges as a raw material in producing plastic products, but I am open to any suggestion that you may have. Whatever the suggestion, it must meet these three criteria: 1) they cannot by landfilled 2) they cannot be refilled and resold 3) assurred destruction must be provided.
I look forward to the suggestions or partnerships that you may offer.
