Postnum: 184 EntryID:677
We need to find a place to send our waste batteries, (AA, C, D, 9V)that will recycle them without it costing us alot of money or preparation time. We have tried all of the usual places but they are either not accepting any more batteries or out of that line of work.

Chris,

Suggest you contact a local hazardous waste company if your still looking to get rid of these batteries. I don't know of anyone who actually recycles disposable batteries, but you can at least get them picked up and sent to a hazardous landfill for disposal as opposed to them ending up in a municipal landfill which is wear the bulk of them go.
