Quality : PET plastic material scraps, crushed, preliminary wash applied, packed in 35~45kgs light bags. Min Quantity: 20 tons. Price : Competitive Port of Loading : Egypt Port Preliminary wash process as following a. Large contaminants, caps & labels are removed manually from the bottles (Manual removal of large contaminants by definition does not guarantee any specific percentage for removal of small, mini and micro contaminants as well as the traces of labels which were originally glued to the bottles. b. The bottles are shredded, and then washed to remove further contaminants. c. The material is dried, using dryer, then exposed to sun for at least 4 hrs, then packed, to be ready for shipment (No sophisticated process or machine is used for drying). d. Humidity, PVC, Impurity paper, Viscosity (Iv) and Non PET shall not be over the acceptable percentage.
