Hello Cheusie,

Have you looked in our "Enviro Links" section under "Government - Canada" ? http://www.canadianenvironmental.com/links/

There are a few websites listed there that are related to the Federal Government's environmental efforts. For example,

The Commissioner of the Environment and Sustainable Development website www.oag-bvg.gc.ca/domino/cesd_cedd.nsf/html/menu_e.html

and

The Federal House in Order website www.fhio.gc.ca/

Best regards, Editor

IT IS NOT TALKED ABOUT MUCH BUT IT IS HAPPENING. THE NORTH AMERCAN FOREST INDUSTRY IS SPILLING UP TO 3.4 TIMES THE AMOUNT OF THE EXXON VALDEZ EVERY YEAR IN OUR FORSETS. ENVIRONMENTAL CERTIFICATION IS NOT WHAT IT SET OUT TO BE. TOUGH MARKETS ARE PUSHING THESE ISSUES ASIDE. PROACTIVE MEASURES NEED TO BE LEGISLATED AS WE DID WITH THE THE POLUTION CONTROL ON OUR CARS. A SPILL REDUCTION VAVLE IS ON THE MARKET TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE.
