Agreement on Reciprocal Certification for Water & Wastewater Operators
"It is desirable that there be reciprocity of certification in order to facilitate the movement of certified operators in Canada... Any agency whose activities are directed toward the development and recognition of qualifications of water and wastewater operators, that agrees with the basic principles of the Agreement, accepts the certificates issued by Members of this agreement"
