The Revised Statutes of Alberta 2000, an official consolidation of Alberta Acts, came into force as of January 1, 2002 (Click Here for more information).
Free access to Alberta's Acts and Regulations (in TEXT format) is available though the Alberta Queen's Printer on-line Catalogue. According to the Queen's Printer, the documents are usually updated within 1-2 weeks of any changes, and the last date in which a specific piece of legislation is updated in indicated on the documents.
The online versions may not contain maps, charts and graphs contained in the printed version.
The Government of Alberta also offers a fee-based collection of Legislation, QP Source Internet, that is kept more current and has advanced search features and contains additional documents.
The Alberta Gazette Part I and Part II, Alberta Legislation Proclamations, Bills and Amendments, and The Alberta Environment Codes of Practice are also available online.
